We were delayed because our luggage was late coming through but this was not a problem to the company. Our driver waited for quite a long time but then had to go off to another job. This still wasn’t a problem, they just sent another driver. We then had a 30 minute wait which wasn’t a problem as we were happy to get something to eat.

A number of positives. Drivers were attentive, and mostly prompt. Driving was professional, safe, and comfortable. I particularly appreciate the driver and customer service team who handled a last minute booking for me from Mattsee to Salzburg, after I had erroneously booked a time for 12 hours prior -(yes, I am that guy!) Your staff responded promptly to my need for an unscheduled booking, on a Sonntag, and I greatly appreciate it! I will use you again, after taking another class on telling time.

Sehr netter Fahrer mit vielen wertvollen Tipps für die anstehende Wanderung auf dem Alpe-Adria-Trail. Er hat sogar an der Unterkunft gewartet, bis ich eingecheckt hatte, und mich wieder mit zurück in den Ort genommen, damit ich noch etwas zu Abend essen konnte.:-)
