Our flight arrived very late (and late at night!) so I was worried that no one would be there to pick us up. However, just outside of customs, our driver was waiting for us with a sign! I was very relieved, traveling after midnight with two teen girls, to have someone waiting for us. Our driver was friendly and helpful. I was so tired, that honestly I cannot rate the vehicle comfort or cleanliness because I don't remember. I certainly didn't notice anything obviously wrong. Using this service was definitely worth the money.
