The thing we really appreciated was that you called me a couple of times to inform and update me when we arrived at Innsbruck to let me know that your driver was running slightly late because he was stuck in traffic. My family was then put at ease knowing that the driver was on his way. There is nothing more disconcerting to arrive and the driver does not show. The driver was very polite, courteous and helpful; the vehicle was perfect for us needs and the drive to Hochgurgul was very smooth and wihtou any problem. On the return journey, we appreciated again the email confirmation. Your driver was very punctual, and equally, polite, courteous and helpful. Overall, an excellent service and a very good experience that we will defintiely use you again.
