Our driver was waiting for us holding the sign with my name right where they told us to meet. He was dressed nicely and made a great first impression. He greeted us warmly, took our luggage and we followed him to a really, nice, new model, smoke-free van. He\'s driving was good and he told us about the weather and pointed out things we should know about the city which we found very helpful. We had an enjoyable 30 minutes ride to reach Hotel Graben which is on a dead end street. He once again took the heavy luggage and walked the rest of the way to the hotel with us. I apologize for not remembering his name - he was no nice. My compliments to both him and the company.
