Totally took the worry out of getting to my destination! My flight was delayed two hours and I wondered if there really would be someone waiting for me at arrivals. Sure enough, there was my name, big and bold on a tablet and the connection was simple and smooth. Well done for providing a cost effective service that really works. 10 out of 10!
