On arrival at our accommodation we were informed the property was flooded and they had another house for us. The driver was very good and took us to the property about 1km. I had to contact the company to let them know our pick up address had changed this went smoothly and I got confirmation. Fortunately the same driver picked us up for the return and he was 15 minutes early we were packed and waiting excellent service

We then had a quick, safe transfer to Solden, which meant we were on the slopes by 13.30. For the return leg our driver was only two minutes late, which he apologized for. This made us smile as we have had drivers arrive over 30 minutes late with other companies and not had an apology at all. Austria Transfers are the best transfer company we have used. They are first class, very efficient and I can\'t recommend them highly enough. Austria Transfers should be top of your list when choosing a transfer from Innsbruk and we will definitely use them again next year. Thank you for your excellent service.
