I was met at Vienna Airport by my driver George, who was very smartly dressed, unfortunately only two miles into our journey we hit a traffic jam on the motorway due to a collision between two lorries, we were in that jam for Three hours, none of this was George’s fault he was really concerned for me which I respected, George stuck to his task like a true professional and got me to the door of my destination

We had 3 generations of family members who could not face using the bus into Innsbruck city. The transport was waiting for us and the driver was very pleasant. Even though the drive was short it was worth the convenience of being dropped off at the hotel door. The return pick up was on time and the whole experience was stress free. Well done.

Fantastic service, our inbound flight was delayed by several hours, however, the driver was still there to meet us as promised. His first concern when meeting us was that we were ok and did we need to get a meal or drink before he took us to the hotel. Obviously a company who puts its customers ahead of the rest.

Bij onze aankomst op de luchthaven was de chauffeur niet aanwezig. Belde keurig netjes dat hij in de file stond en wat later zou wezen, zodat wij nog even moesten wachten. Was daarna toch nog binnen niet al te lange tijd aanwezig met excuus en verontschuldigingen. Ondanks dit ongemakje toch een dikke 10.
