Driver easily identified at pick-up at Vienna airport. Courteous, helped carry and load baggage and brought it into hotel. On return journey he was at the hotel before the arranged time, so we had no delay or worries about whether the taxi would turn up. We will use Austria taxis again.

Vasilis , the driver, was such a pleasure. Request him! He spoke good English, drove carefully within the speed limit, was concerned about our comfort and convenience and was always on time. We used him for two long transfers...from Vienna to Salzburg and Salzburg to Budapest for 6 persons. Using the van was a much better idea than the train especially with the uncertainty of rail travel right now due to the migrants.It also alleviated to problem of dealing with luggage. It was among the best decisions of the trip. Ivan, the manager I spoke to, was extremely helpful and I recommend you call (skype) them directly if you have any questions. I paid them in advance by credit card. They are an honest first class service.

Excellent drivers. Friendly, careful and spoke great English. Sought alternative route when first choice of route was blocked. Good e-mail communications prior to trip. Will not hesitate to use Austria-taxi again.

Es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Von der Abholung bis zur Ankunft bei der Unterkunft, wo wir sogar bis vor die Tür gefahren wurden. (Gott sei Dank, da es kurz danach anfing zu regnen)

When we arrived by airplane to Salzburg Airport, we realized that the airport was much smaller than we'd thought and we had arrived almost 40 minutes before our asked transfer pick-up time. But when we stepped out of the arrivalhall, the driver was there, waiting for us! He told us that he had understod that we'd calculated the time wrong and had come earlier. That was such a awesome service, I think! The driver was also very kind, friendly and gave us good tips about what to do and see in Austria. As a whole, we couldn't have asked for better service or a better driver! I can really recommend them!
